Religious Life Ministry @ Clark Atlanta

Small-Group Studies
Sponsored by the Office of Religious Life, the weekly small-group Bible Studies, issue-oriented focus groups, and “rap” sessions provide time for students to share with peers and ministerial leaders around issues of spirituality, moral and personal development, and personal and social responsibility.

These sessions are often sponsored in collaboration with related campus ministries and feature prominent facilitators and scholars from the larger community. The venue and scheduling of these sessions are announced in chapel throughout the academic year.

Counseling
Pastoral care counseling services include individual counseling, grief counseling, other issue-oriented group counseling, and official responses to university crises and emergencies. While members of the university community may make informal contact with the chaplain and staff at any time, the chaplain and ministerial assistants are available by appointment Tuesdays-Fridays for formal counseling sessions.

The Office of Religious Life also maintains a close relationship with the University Counseling Center wherein the two offices work in tandem to address spiritual psychological, and emotional concerns.

Bible Study
Be nourished by the Word. Come and be a part of this dynamic Bible study on Monday nights at 6:00 pm in the Religious Life Conference Room. Contact the Office of Religious Life for details.
