Summer 2008 Schedule

During June-August 2008 children who have completed Kindergarten through 12th grade will be meeting at 9:45 am on the first floor of the Ministry Building each Sunday except July 6 and August 31 (due to holiday weekends). In the Ministry Building a volunteer teacher will be showing a video and offering activities coordinated with the theme of the video. Youth are invited to have a time of fellowship in the dining area while everyone else watches the video in the living area. Refreshments will be provided in the Ministry Building for all children and youth.

There will be no Children's Time during the 11:00 worship service.

Adult classes will continue on the regular schedule for the summer.

On September 7, 2008 the children's classes and times will return to the regular schedule as given below.

9:30 – 9:45 am

9:30 – 10:00 am

God’s Kids (choir) for K – 4th grade*: Music Room (Basement)

* God’s Kids is an optional activity for K through 4th grade with the children singing in the 11:00 am worship service about once a month during the school year.

** All preschool through 6th grade Sunday school classes use a traditional grade curriculum based on the Lectionary cycle of readings.
