Membership on the CCLT is open to all church members. Persons desiring to serve on the Leadership Team will sign a statement affirming that:
† - I am a member of Christ UMC and believe myself to be a person of genuine Christian character who loves the church, and I am morally disciplined.
† - I am committed to spiritual growth through regular participation in Bible study classes as well as other spiritual growth opportunities.
† - I am fulfilling the United Methodist covenant of church membership to support the church through my prayers; participation in worship; service in the life of the church and I affirm I am trusting God to lead me to tithe for the Kingdom of God.
† - I affirm, in the spirit of the original Wesley Class Meetings, my willingness to be held accountable for these CCLT membership standards.

The names of all members making this affirmation are nominated to the Annual Church Conference. Election is by a majority of those present and voting and the term of office is one year.

All members of the church are welcome and encouraged to attend and participate in CCLT meetings.
