Our Sharing in Ministry
   A Reading from Acts 2:42-47
    Church Family Joys and Concerns
 Unison Prayer  of Confession
O God, give us in our lives the fruit of faithfulness: for there have been many
times when we have been faithless. We have not always been dependable to our
friends, to you, and to those who love us. Our word is not always true: If ever we
give our promise, grant that nothing may ever cause us to break it. Help us
always to stand by our friends and not let them down. Take us and make us fully
into your people. Fill us with a renewed sense of your Divine Presence. We pray
all this in the name of our risen Lord. Amen.

 The Lord’s Prayer    (modern translation)
Our Father who is in heaven.  Hallowed be your name.  Your kingdom
come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.  Give us this day
our daily bread.  Forgive us our sins as we have forgiven those who
have sinned against us.  And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us
from the evil one.  For yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the
     glory, forever.   Amen!

Time with Children—Song—2168        “Love the Lord Your God”
