Christ First Programs, Committees, and Fellowship Opportunities

addition to Sunday
morning worship services and
Christian
Education opportunities, we offer a variety of programs and opportunities
for study, fellowship and service to others.

Church Musicals Our children and adults perform
musicals and cantatas with a special message generally around the Christmas holiday season.
Chancel Choir: Sings each Sunday from September to June and practices
Thursday evenings at 7:15 p.m. and Sunday mornings, 9:45 a.m.
Confirmation Classes: For 9th grade youth
meets with the pastor and others one Saturday morning a month beginning in January and concluding on Pentecost Sunday.
Men's Prayer Group: Meets weekly on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 in the Pastor's Study.
Womens's Prayer Group: Meets weekly on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 meets Tuesday evening at 5:30 for dinner, prayer and study.
Intercessory Prayer Group: Meets the first and third Monday of the month for lunch at Friendly’s
United Methodist Women: The women meet several times throughout the year. The unit supports many mission projects in connection with the District and Conference United Methodist Women.
Youth: Wednesday evenings
Jr. and Sr. High 6:30 to 8:00.
Adult Membership Classes - Information sessions
are led by the pastor for those interested in learning more about Christ First with the possibility of becoming members.
