Children and Teen programs
Children of all ages are welcome, and encouraged to be an active
part of the life of the church. The youngest children participate
in Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and the Christmas Pageant,
to name a few. Older children serve as acolytes; and our teens and
young adults participate in Youth Group and assist at church functions
-- in preparation for being the leaders of tomorrow.
Sunday School:
We teach children about the Word of God on Sunday mornings. Classes
are available for grades one through six. Normally Sunday School
meets at 9:00 a.m. each week, September 17th through mid June.
Acolyte Program:
Older children are invited to take part in our Acolyte program,
an important aspect of worship.
Camp:
Every summer young people from Christ Church attend United Methodist
Church Camps. Scholarships are available for young people who cannot
afford the registration fees. For more information, contact the
pastor.
