All church workday last Saturday of each month at 8:00 am. This committee is in charge of the maintenance and use of church buildings, grounds, parsonage, utilities, custodial activities, any legal isuue's, contacts, deeds, safety deposits and estate's given to CUMC. They meet every 4th Monday of the month @ 7:00pm.
