Channahon United Methodist Church has been a vital part of the area's faith community for more than 100 years. Formerly located in a building at the corner of Route 6 and Sage Street, the congregation undertook a journey of faith during the 1990s which resulted in the completion of a new 14,000-square-foot worship and education facility along U.S. Route 6 in Channahon. The congregation moved into the new church in December 1998 and celebrated the sanctuary consecration in January 1999.

There have been many wonderful memories before and since. . .
