CCUMC has a very active Sunday School program which meets Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. throughout the school year.

Charlton City United Methodist Church Sunday School program is held during the school year September through the 2nd Sunday of June. We have 7 classes, for preschool through adults. We start at 9AM with a brief service in the Sanctuary (the adult class starts right away) and then the kids are dismissed to their classes. We are currently using the Cokesbury curriculum “Rock Solid”. The children are taken through a journey of the bible, learning not only about the people but also how to bring these lessons into their lives. Some of the mission work that is done through the Sunday School are: Candy for Worcester Friendly House, Shoe Boxes for Operation Christmas Child, and Heifer Project. Also during the summer we have a 3 day Vacation Bible Event.

Upcoming Sunday School Events

Sunday School starts September 13, 2009. We will be kicking off the start of Sunday School with a visit from Teen Challenge from jBoston. Jean Anderson is coordinating this event. Please call the church for details.
