The International Walk to Emmaus office normally charters Annual Conferences as Emmaus communities. Due to the popularity of the program in south Texas, the Southwest Texas Annual Conference has subdivided into smaller communities including Care Bexar. As such, our bylaws must conform to the requirements of both the International Emmaus office and the Southwest Texas Conference Emmaus board.
