SPECIAL 150TH ANNIVERSARY SUNDAYS

The celebration of our Sesquicentennial has been a blessing, and will certainly continue through July and August. To help celebrate the 150th anniversary, our pastor will be highlighting the Stained Glass Windows of Canadensis UMC during the summer. Each one has a message to impart. What will that be? You’ll need to come and see and hear.

Here’s what’s happening:

Sunday, July 20th: We will be welcoming back Rev. John Zondag, pastor from 1968-78.

Sunday, August 17th: Rev. Vernon Murray, pastor from 1963-1968 will be visiting.

Both Rev. Zondag and Rev. Murray will be preaching at the Worship Service followed by our monthly post service brunch.

Sunday, September 21st: Bishop Marcus Matthews, our resident bishop of the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church, will be with us at worship to help us celebrate our 150 years of ministry. He will be preaching the morning’s message and will stay for the post-service brunch.
