Room Breakout and Rental Fees
The entire Center rents for $700 per day; but rentals may be for only part of the facility as follows:
The large hall, Harvey Hall, has a seating capacity of about 400 (at round tables; eight per table). It's an ideal setting for large gatherings, wedding receptions, and banquets. The Hall can be sub-divided by a floor-to-ceiling room divider that separates the room into roughly one-third and two-thirds. Cost: $500 per day. The divided parts of Harvey Hall rent for $250 each.
Besides the divided rooms of Harvey Hall, which may be rented for just themselves, there is another room that has a seating capacity of about 60-80 (depending on table arrangement). That room, the Greene Room, rents for $250 per day.
The Center also has a Board Room with leather chairs and large meeting table. This is most appropriate for smaller meetings of twenty or less persons. The Bowen Board Room rents for $100 per day.
All rentals include the use of the common areas, bathrooms, kitchen and kitchen foyer, and porches. Currently, we do not schedule multiple or overlapping events in the Center so that each user has sole use of the Center for their particular rental.
