We had a great meeting with the youth and parents! We've decided to go to the Mississippi Gulf Coast region for our mission trip this summer. The Mission Trip dates will be decided on November 17th, so please check you calendars and call Pam with any conflicting dates that you might have by Sunday November 16th. We also discussed some neat fundraising ideas! We (with the help of our guys and their Dad's) moved into the white house! So from now on, we'll meet in the white house for Sunday School and Youth Meetings. Saturday December 6th - 9:00am till ? Decorating Fundraiser Saturday December 13 - 10:00am till ? Dear Parent, this section is updated especially for YOU! If you are wondering what's going on in the Sr. High Youth Group, this is the place to come! We
are planning a BIG Mission Trip for the youth this summer (June/July 2004). We are in the beginning stages
of planning a Youth Mission Trip to the Mississippi Gulf Coast area.
We will be having several fundraisers to help offset the cost of this
life-changing opportunity. Please
encourage your youth to participate in every fundraiser possible.
I will be having each youth sign in at each fundraising event and each
youth will earn “credit” toward the trip.
The more they participate, the more money they will earn toward the trip! Safe Sanctuary Training Several of you have voiced a willingness to become more involved in supporting the youth group. I will be organizing a “safe sanctuary” training opportunity for all parents that would like to be sponsors for our youth trips. Saturday
