Cambridge Grace United Methodist Church is located at 56 Magazine Street at the corner of Perry Street in Cambridgeport. It is five blocks toward the river from the center of Central Square.

By public transit

Take the red line on the T or the #1 Bus to the Central Square stop. This is right at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Prospect Street where it becomes Western Avenue and River Street. Magazine Street also comes into this intersection. It is the street that runs alongside of the big red brick church (First Baptist). Walk down Magazine Street five blocks and you are at the church.

If you take the #47 Bus from Boston there is a bus stop directly in front of the church.

By Car

From the West

Take the Mass Pike (I-90) to the Cambridge-Allston exit (#s 18.19.20). Stay to the right after paying the toll and go straight through two traffic lights, crossing both the Charles River and Memorial Drive. You are on River Street. The traffic light at the Osco Drug Store is Putnam Ave. Turn right onto Putnam and go through the blinking yellow light to the first full traffic light which is Magazine Street. Turn left onto Magazine Street. The church is up five blocks on your right. Park on the street.

From the BU Bridge

At the rotary go under Memorial Drive and part way around the rotary until you can parallel the bridge and get onto Memorial Drive. A big "Shell" sign will be right in front of you. The first street, almost immediately on your right, is Magazine Street. Turn right onto Magazine and go up almost 10 blocks to the church on your right. (If you miss Magazine Street go up to the traffic light which is River Street and turn right and follow the directions from the Osco Drug store above.)

From North of Central Square

Take Prospect Street south (toward the river). After it crosses Mass Ave in the middle of Central Square go through the traffic light and turn left at the next corner which is Franklin Street (where Enterprise car rental is). Cross River Street. The next intersection has a stop sign; it is Magazine Street. Turn right and go four blocks to the church on your left. Park on the street.
