Beloved, since God loved us so much, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; if we love one another, God lives in us, and his love is perfected in us.
1 John 4:11-12

Sunday School

Children's Sunday School meets during the worship service after the children's message.

Grace Academy

Grace Academy is an after school music program for elementary age children. It meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at the church. Our music director is Yelena Gridneva, a trained musicologist (she's really good with children!) Each child is enrolled in the choir and has a private half- hour piano lesson. The choir meets from 5 to 6 pm on both Tuesday and Thursday during the school year. Piano lessons are scheduled both before and after the choir. Tuition for most of our students is subsidized. For further information, call Pastor Cathie at (617) 491-4725.

Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts

The Cub Scout Pack meets on Tuesdays at 6 pm at the church. You may have seen an article in the Boston Globe about us in February. We welcome all boys and their families. The Boy Scout Troop meets on Tuesdays at 7pm. For more information, call troop leader, Ed Henley (617) 547-6885 or the Cambridge Council at (617) 547-2760. These are both very active troops.

Children's Clothing Exchange

Children's Clothing Exchange is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from 10am to 4pm. It is located in the church basement and can be entered through the basement door on Perry Street. For people who like hand-me-downs, this is the ultimate! Exchange clean, outgrown clothing for clothing that fits your child's new size. For more information, call (617) 576-0039.

Morse School Partnership

Volunteers from three congregations, including Grace, assist the teachers at the Morse Elementary School both during the school day and after school. Individual tutors, classroom aides, and homework supervisors all are welcome! For more information, call Pastor Cathie at (617) 491-4725.

Peace Corps

The Cambridge Peace Commission's Peace Corps for high school students meets during the school year on Tuesday afternoons at Grace. For more information, call Kathy Hoffman at (617) 349-4694.

Need space for an activity?

We are able to rent the social hall (named Trinity Hall) for some kinds of activities from public meetings to children's birthday parties. Call Pastor David at (781) 391-4933 at least one month in advance to explore possible dates and charges. The congregation may be able to waive rental fees for some activities which share our mission to serve the neighborhood.
