Calvary United Methodist Church

At Calvary we are a people who rejoice as we walk in the way of Jesus Christ, loving God, Self and Neighbor.

Calvary is a United Methodist Church, a community of faith, whose worshippers take risks, build hope, make mistakes, confess, create community, receive grace and go back out into the world, changed and willing to work for change.

We have two worship styles at Calvary.  The 8-8:30 a.m. service is casual and family based, where children are free to roam and explore the chapel while we have an open discussion about how we reflect on our lives in relationship to the scriptures.

The 10:30 a.m. service is held in the Sanctuary with a Chancel Choir each week and guest appearances from our Children’s and Bell Choirs.  We expect surprises from God and the Spirit each week to keep us on our toes in anticipation of what God is doing in our lives and world.  Music is a major way we experience and expand our faith development.

Our Christian Pre-School is for 3 and 4 year olds.  The school calendar coincides with the public school calendar.  Children learn about God’s deep and abiding love for them, as well as for the world.  Every activity is designed to expand the faith of the children and assist them on their faith journey.
