| The Cairo United Methodist Church is located in downtown Cairo. Established in 1870, the Cairo United Methodist Church has been serving the needs of Cairo and the surrounding community for 130 years, participating in community events Pioneer Days in the summer and fall, and sponsoring the Deer Hunter's Banquet in November. The Cairo UMC is also the location of the Cairo Charge Food Pantry, helping to meet the needs of the people in the area.. The Church is located on main street in cairo.
