Sharon has been with Byron United Methodist Church since July of 2007.

Sharon attended Crossroads Bible College in Rochester, earning her BA in 1991 in Preaching and Education. She graduated from Bethel Seminary in 1995 with a Masters of Divinity.

Sharon's husband is Robert. Between them, they have seven grown children, all whom live in Minnesota. Robert is a licensed clockmaker and repairs clocks.

Sharon enjoys preaching and describes herself as a people person. She believes her gifts are in evangelism, developing leaders, and in mission.

In her spare time, Sharon enjoys walking, home decorating, antiquing, and machine knitting.
