“I am the church! You are the church! We are the church together! All who follow Jesus, all around the world, Yes, we’re the church together. The church is not a building, The church is not a steeple, The church is not a resting place, The church is a people.” Richard Avery & Donald Marsh Butler’s Chapel and Jones Spring United Methodist Churches are full of people who love the Lord. Although the buildings are beautiful and historic, Jones Springs was completed in 1895 and Butler’s Chapel in 1908, it’s the people who make the church a place where you meet God. This web page is under construction as we learn how to manage web pages, but you can see on these pages a little about Jones Spring and Butler’s Chapel and their ministries.
