Welcome to Bumpus Mills United Methodist Church!
We are a group of believers committed to worshipping and serving Jesus Christ. As a United Methodist Church, we join with like-minded Christ-followers in spreading the gospel around the world.
Two thousand years ago Christ reached out to people of all ages and backgrounds. He met the people one on one and loved them as they were. With those that laughed, He laughed. With those that cried, He cried. And so they came: they young couple that lost their baby, the man exiled from family and friends because of disease, the women living on the edge just longing to be watched…and needed. Some needed physical healing; other wounds were not so visible. But ALL were welcomed, ALL were loved, and ALL that wanted a new chance at life received it ! That’s the Good News!
At Bumpus Mills United Methodist Church, we want to do the same. At Bumpus Mills United Methodist Church, we don’t focus inward. We believe that God calls ALL Christ-followers to have a desire to reach out and change the communities in which obvious difference in the lives of the people we encounter.
