Our purpose is to inform the congregation of the progress and direction of our work. We will also review the overall scope of our responsibilities.
In the past week we and representatives from various church ministries met with Mr. Kevin Monson, architect to relate the missions and future needs of the congregation. Mr. Monson's objective is to, within the next month create proposals and options for our church to review and discuss.
The architect's ultimate goal is to create a master plan from which we can set building/remodeling priorities. Before any building actions can be taken, several steps must be fulfilled:
 | Approval of the congregation is required. |
| A financial plan must be approved by the congregation. |
| The District Committee on Building and Location must determine that the proposed construction and financial plan meets both the mission of the congregation and is financially feasible. |
