The Sunday school has had a great year so far, and we've covered much.  The children have enjoyed many workshops covering a wide variety of lessons.  We just wrapped up the Beatitudes, and this next rotation we are reviewing all that we've learned since September.  The next celebration service will be on June 22nd.  We encourage all the children to be there, as it will be our last celebration service until the new school year. 
 
Over the summer we will have Bible Zone, and we encourage everyone to sign up for different Sundays.

If you can volunteer, please contact the church.   We will also be putting out a sign-up sheet on the Sunday School Bulletin Board. 

This is important as many of us will be on vacation during the summer and we will need full coverage.   Bible Zone will consist of arts & crafts, Bible stories, and puppetry.  During the Bible Zone, we will be starting up a puppet ministry, as the children seem to be enjoying working with it. We will be working on a show to put on for Rally Day.  If there's anyone interested in being involved in this part of the ministry, please let one of us know.

JYF

The JYF is comprised of middle school.  JYF members are collecting donations for St. Hubert's Animal Shelter.  They will be visiting the shelter in May.  The list of needed items includes cat food, dog food, kitty litter, pet toys, and cash. 

MYF

The MYF is made up of students in ninth through twelfth grade.  The group meets on Sunday evenings at 6:30 and hosts coffee hour in Asbury Hall most Sundays.  We also participate in the worship service through greeting, lay reading, and ushering on the last Sunday of every month.  We invite all high school students to come and be a part of our group.

We are currently in the process of planning a youth night.  We plan to invited youth groups from other United Methodist Churches in the area for a time of fellowship and devotions.
