Greetings from Bonners Ferry United Methodist Church! Located in the midst of mountain ranges and big skies. BFUMC has been blessed by God's handiwork both within our doors, and without. We are a warm congregation brought together by the love of God in Jesus Christ, desiring to learn, to grow, and to serve each other, our community and our world wherever the Spirit leads us. We are founded upon the Good News of Christ's victory over sin and over death, and we proclaim the wondrous gift of personal salvation, healing and wholeness that is offered free to all through the cross and the empty tomb. We believe that no one is left outside the bounds of God’s ever-present love, but instead our Creator calls all who will listen to come and celebrate the grace, mercy and eternal life found in Our Lord and Savior. Our doors are opened to everyone who in sincerity desires to explore their own relationship with God in new and life-giving ways. If you are already a resident of Boundary County, or if you are just passing through, we encourage you to stop in and share a time of praise and fellowship with us on Sunday mornings, or throughout the week. We might not be perfect, but we know through the grace of God, we are on our way.

We lift up our worship services as times to gather as God's people, to share with and support one another, to fill the air with songs and praise, and to lift on high the Name of Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior. These are occasions for fun and fellowship, for mutual learning and growth, for renewing our souls and our bodies, and for yearning for the Presence of God. We enjoy diverse worship filled with prayers, Scripture readings, a children's time, choir anthems, much-beloved hymns, contemporary songs, a time of lifting our joys and concerns, and a message by Pastor Tara.

Worship is casual and open to all.  We hope you find us an environment of love and support as you explore your faith journey. Services are held every Sunday morning beginning at 10:30 am, with praise songs starting at 10:15 am. Throughout the Fall, Winter and Spring we also offer Sunday School classes for all ages, from preschool to adult, beginning at 9:00 am. We also hold annual services throughout the year for special occasions, whether it be our Christmas Eve services, Seder Supper, Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, or Easter Sunrise services, or other special events.
