We are located just six blocks north of the square on the corner of Division and Main Streets. "A growing church for a growing community" Sunday Morning Worship Services Praise at 8:30 a.m. Traditional at 10:45 a.m. The mission of the Bolivar United Methodist Church is to serve Jesus Christ by working together to meet the needs of all age groups in our congregation, community and world, through Christ-centered ministries of worship, fellowship, education and evangelistic outreach. Our purpose as a united Body of Christ is to offer the Good News of salvation to all people, and work for the health and wholeness of the community and the entire world. Therefore, Where the message of Christ is not known, we must proclaim it. Where there is hunger, we must provide food. Where there is poverty, we must offer opportunities to prosper. Where there is spiritual longing, we must provide spiritual direction. Where there is brokenness, we must provide healing. Where there is despair, we must show hope. Where there is oppression, we must work for freedom. You are invited to join us in these endeavors for Christ.
