B140-13 Pre-Camper I (1 night) K-1st +adult 6/30 3PM through 7/1 3PM $155 Come spend a night (B140)) at camp with your child (or grandchild) exploring the outdoors, sharing your faith, and enjoying great fellowship with others as we take a break away to experience God in a new light! You will have the opportunity to take part in field games, crafts, Bible study, swimming, fishing, hiking, canoeing, sports, and worshipping in the beauty of God’s wonderful creation. (Registration fee includes 1camper & 1 accompanying adult.) Led by Sandy Hastings and Elise Graham.

Families have the flexibility to stay (for as little or as long) as you like, and still get the opportunity to share in fellowship with others. Scheduled activities include games, Bible study, swimming, crafts, hiking, talent show, fishing, canoeing, dance night, low-ropes challenge course, ice-cream social, and outdoor worship. Journey activities include swimming, hiking, crafts, Bible study, games, skits, campfires, talent show, dance night, cookout, and outdoor worship. Whether you are new or returning, we are sure that you will enjoy finding new ways to grow closer to God as you share the journey with others at camp! Girls will discover what it means to be beautiful in God’s eyes and how to build strong friendships. Then come to BMC’s new fishing camp where you can enjoy an early morning catch or be on a late night quest to catch the best fish story ever told at Blue Mountain! Activities include swimming, hiking, crafts, Bible study, games, skits, campfire, low-ropes challenge course, cookout, and worship at the Starfire Circle. Camp led by BMC staff and the Minister-In-Residence is Rev. Joel Kidwell.
B244-13 Joyful Dancers 4th-6th 6/17 4PM through 6/22 2PM $350 Have you ever wanted to worship Christ through praise dance? Join us for one of Blue Mountain’s premier dance camps where every morning we will start with God’s word then stretch our bodies to new lengths through a variety of classes (taught by Christina Barton) in ballet, contemporary/lyrical, and jazz while dancing to the beat of Christian music. Dancers will also enjoy various camp activities after classes. (Praise Dancers will have the opportunity to dance in BMC’s first summer musical w/S.O.S. music campers -TBA). B340-13 Water Fun 6th-8th 6/17 4PM 6/22 2PM 350 Come splash in our 16-acre Blue Mountain Lake and have fun learning basic water skills. You’ll get to enjoy canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling, tubing, and playing on the lake toys. Bible study and evening worship will be a part of each day as we grow closer in our relationship with Christ! Camp activities include low-ropes challenge course, hiking, night hike, Frisbee golf, crafts, games, skits, campfires, talent show, dance night, cookout, and of course more swimming. We are sure you will make a splash with new friends here at the water’s edge! Led by BMC staff and the Minister-In-Residence is Rev. Joel Kidwell.
B341-13 Adventure 6th - 8th 7/8 4PM through 7/13 2PM $350 The name says it all- campers will enjoy hiking, fishing, swimming, and learning about God’s love! Come rise and shine for an early hike up Van East Mountain to see the sunrise or hike up Blue Mountain to have Bible study. Experience nature and learn about God in a new light. Activities include games, skits, campfires, night hike, talent show, dance night, low-ropes challenge course, cookout, and outdoor worship. Let’s share the adventure together at camp! B440-13 SOS (Show One Sound)- with Musical Debuts Sat/Sun (TBA) 6th - 12th 6/24 4PM 6/29 2PM $375 Join us for a jammed pack week of SOS as we feel the drama come alive, hear instruments unite in praise, learn choreography, and blend voices together for Blue Mountain’s first summer musical “Herbie and the Good News Garden.” All parents and church families are invited to see the full production on Saturday at 3pm in BMC’s Tabernacle. Camp activities are swimming, games, crafts, Bible study, campfires, cookout, and evening worship by the ‘awe’ some Blue Mountain Lake. We invite all campers to audition for SOS and be a part of God’s Good News as we unite our talents to “Show One Sound” for His glory! (As a part of the musical, BMC asks parents to bring campers to the off-site performance on Sunday -show location and time TBA.) B441-13 Kerusso 6th - 12th 6/24 4PM through 6/29 2PM $350 The Greek word Kerusso means “to proclaim” and Kerusso campers will learn how to demonstrate God’s transforming love, feel His grace, and recognize how He lives through us daily. Come join us as we “proclaim” the wonders of Christ and practice His example at camp so we draw closer to proclaiming His love for us all! Activities include games, skits, campfires, hikes, talent show, dance night, low-ropes challenge course, cookout, Bible study, and outdoor worship. Led by John Birkhead and Kevin Manion, and with Minister-In-Residence Rev. Brad Dush.
B442-13 Sanctuary 6th - 13th 7/15 4PM through 7/20 2PM $350 A tradition for over 40 years, Sanctuary is a unique camp that connects multiple generations together and strives to bring every camper closer to God as they seek the beauty of nature, worship, and Bible study. Whether you come to enjoy the star fire campfires, dance night, talent show, great music, or the amazing sunsets at Vespers… you are sure to find yourself surrounded by His love and making memories to last a lifetime. B443-13 Summer Games 9th - 12th 6/17 4PM through 6/22 2PM $350 Rise and shine for game time at Blue Mountain. Be part of a team, demonstrate good sportsmanship skills, and put your best foot forward as we celebrate our unique strengths in a variety of summer sports/field games. Move your team ahead through reciting memory verses or be one of the first campers up in the morning to earn extra points for your team. Enjoy fun, fellowship, and fast-pace adventures that call you to the summer games! Led by BMC staff and the Minister-In-Residence is Rev. Joel Kidwell.
B444-13 Trail Hike (w/ 1 day at OT) 10th - 12th 7/8 4PM through 7/13 2PM $375 Love to hike and backpack, but not sure where to go? Explore the trail hike adventures at Blue Mountain where we will begin with small hikes to condition our legs and feet before hitting the Ozark Trail for a day-long (or overnight) hike of backpacking fun! So lace-up your hiking boots, grab your gear, and head down to Blue Mountain for the camping trip of the season! Campers will enjoy games, skits, campfires, night hike, talent show, dance night, low-ropes challenge course, cookout, Bible study, and outdoor worship. BMC BMC Golf Tournament all adults 5/11 9AM - at Arcadia Valley Golf Club $ 50 per person Come be a part of the 1st Annual Blue Mountain Center Benefit Golf Tournament. This 4-person captain's choice will help raise support for our BMC camper scholarship program, where all proceeds will help less fortunate children have the same opportunity to attend summer camp! Tee off at 9am (location TBA) with a provided lunch from 12 -1pm. Entry fee includes lunch, cart, greens fee, and all ammentities. There will be prizes awarded for 1st -3rd place winners, hole-in-one, and donated prizes throughout the course. Call camp for additional information and club location. Registration: 573-546-6265
BMC BMC Spring Fling -Camp Work Day all ages 3/23 10AM through 3/23 5PM free Come join us as we fellowship together surrounded by GOD's beautiful creation at Blue Mountain, as we do some Spring cleaning in preparation for the summer camping season! Lunch will be provided at 12:30pm, alongside daily refreshments. BMC is striving to provide the very best we can for all those who come to worship, retreat, camp, visit, and experience GOD's love... and would love for you to join us in friendly service at Blue Mountain as we take time to give back to one another, the church, and the community alike. BMC Christmas Celebration all ages 12/14 10AM through 12/14 3PM free O' the weather outside is frightful, and the season is so delightful! So if there's no place to go… let us show you the way to Blue Mountain for our Annual Christmas Celebration. What a wonderful time to spread cheer with crafts (maybe even a snowman or two), Christmas songs, holiday luncheon, the reading of the first Christmas story, and wrapped up with a jolly worship time!!! We invite our summer staff to join our staff reunion Friday night through the Saturday celebration. We are gathering together in GOD's name at Blue Mountain Center for a time of faith development, fellowship, and worship. This annual event invites men of all ages to this special time of bonding, as we raise awareness and support for the UMM and the camping ministries within the Missouri Conference! BMC CCYM Youth Confirmation Retreat Confirmands, Pastors, adult, mentors, parents 4/19 7PM through 4/20 3PM $40 The Confirmation Retreat is a weekend for the Confirmands to get a sense and an understanding of what that it means to claim not only that they are a Christian but also a United Methodist. When accepting membership into the United Methodist church, the member promises to support the church with their prayers, presence, gifts, service, and witness. It is those five areas that we will be using as our curriculum for the weekend in order to understand what it means to be the church and part of the Kingdom of God as they Claim the Name Christiane. We will be having a retreat at each of the United Methodist camps in Missouri. This retreat will give the students an opportunity to grow in their faith, grow as a group, and have fun. It will complement that which happens in the local church. It will be activity based learning. Includes: A t-shirt, snacks on Friday night and breakfast and lunch on Saturday. BMC UMM Work Day MO UMM-all ages 4/20 9AM through 4/20 3PM free MO Camps are calling all men to roll up their sleeves, grab their work gloves, and join us at Blue Mountain as we gather together to prepare for our summer camping season! We will be providing refreshments and lunch for all that participate in the work day, where a variety of service projects will be taking place on-site.
