Bland Chapel Community Outreach

Bland Chapel believes that it should be the "center" of the community. To that end we sponsor several community activities.

Morning Exercise

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8 AM the group gets together in the fellowship hall for about one hour of low impact exercise.

Busy Bees

The community arts and crafts club meets every third Wednesday at 1 PM in the fellowship hall to work on crafts. A craft sale is held each October and the proceeds are split between the Rocky Branch Volunteer Fire Department and Bland Chapel. The annual Garage & Bake Sale will be Thursday & Friday, May 3 & 4, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Rocky Branch Fire Station. Items can be dropped off Wednesday, May 2, after 1:00 PM. Sales benefit the Bland Chapel UMC.

Potluck Supper

Bland Chapel hosts quarterly activities check your newsletter for current activities. Good food and good fellowship are enjoyed by all attendees.

The Eastlake news is edited and published by Bland Chapel every other month and contains news that is of interest to the community.
