Year Old (3 years old as of August 1) The three year old classes are offered either 2 mornings a week on Tuesday & Thursday from 9-11:30 or Tuesday & Thursday afternoons 12:30-3:00 Emphasis is on social development and an introduction to the alphabet, science and math. Teacher/Student Ratio is 1:8 |

Year Old (4 years old as of August 1) The four to five year old classes meet 3 days a week on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday morning from 9-11:30 OR Monday, Wednesday, & Friday afternoon from 12:30-3:00. Emphasis is on Kindergarten readiness. Teacher/Student Ratio is 1:10 |

Kindergarten
The Kindergarten class will meet on MWF from 9:00am -3:00pm. Child must be 5 by
August 1st. Mrs. Beachy is the teacher. She has her degree in Education
and is certified to teach Kindergarten. Class size will be no more than 18.
Emphasis is on meeting the Indiana Standards focusing on literacy and math.

Special Activities
Our classes do many special activities throughout the school year such as field trips to the apple orchards, the pumpkin farms, the Library, and Science Central. Visit the Activities page for more details.
The children learn the calendar, the weather, numbers, colors, shapes, alphabet and play games. They sing, paint, draw & play outside.
Preschool Readiness
Your child should know his/her name.
Your child should be able to be separated from you for 2 1/2 hours.
