Rev. Ette came to Bennett Chapel on July 1, 1998, following his ordination as a deacon in Boise, Idaho by the Oregon/Idaho Conference of United Methodist Churches.
He has served as a youth worker in churches in Atlanta, Georgia, and Tennessee. A native of Nigeria, he arrived in the United States in 1982, and became a citizen in 1992. Rev. Ette met his wife, Nse (nee Udofa) on a return visit to Nigeria. Their son, Unwam, is two.
