Variety, warmth and vitality depict worship at Belle Chasse UMC. All services include Scripture readings, congregational prayer and a sermon. On Sundays, two worship services are offered.
Service of Eucharist - 8:30 am
Holy Communion is the focus of this service as we remember Christ's saving acts for the world.
Traditional Worship - 11:00 am
This service is a bit more traditional. The hymns are chosen from the two United Methodist hymnals. Parts of the worship usually include hymns, a choir anthem, an affirmation of faith and a children's sermon. Holy Communion is celebrated at the on the first Sunday of each month followed by a covered dish luncheon in the Fellowship Hall.
