Cowboy Meatloaf

2lb. lean ground round 1 lg. baking potato, grated 1 jalepeno, seeded & finely chopped
2 tsp. prepared mustard or 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 med. onion, chopped 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. salt 2 c. chopped fresh tomatoes, or 1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
1/2 tsp. black pepper 1 red or green bell pepper, seeded & chopped 1 egg, beaten
3 to 4 strips bacon 3 to 4 T. Picante sauce or tomatoe sauce  

Mix all ingredients, except bacon and barbecue sauce. Form into loaf shape; top with bacon and picante, if desired. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
