Christmas in the Barn
The 35th Annual Christmas In The Barn Arts/Crafts Bazaar will be held only on Saturday, December 5 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. only at Avon United Methodist Church, 37711 Detroit Road, Avon. Over 50 exhibitors will be displaying their creations in both The Barn and the Church Gathering Room. American Girl doll clothing, baby quilts & items, crocheting & hand-painted kids' shirts, dog cookies, chocolates, jar gifts & soaps, country themed home/child/yard items, sterling silver, wire wrapped jewelry, table runners, wheel-thrown pottery, lighted bottles, candles, and much more!

Home-baked holiday cookies for sale by the pound! Hot lunch served, including homemade soups, chili, and other delicious items. Find the perfect gift for a special someone. Feel the holiday spirit!

Admission: Adults, 18 yrs. and over $1.00, children free.

This is the Christmas Walk Weekend throughout the French Creek Antique District and the Olde Avon Village Shopping Area held Friday evening, all day Saturday and Sunday. Come to Avon for a great time!

Avon UMC is Recycling!
Avon United Methodist Church has partnered with Abitibi to place a Paper Retriever recycling bin on our property.

Our Paper Retriever is a fund-raising program which helps us fund Youth Ministries and Missions. Please recycle your newspapers, magazines, catalogs, and old mail in the green and yellow bin in our parking lot located next to our regular trash dumpster. We cannot recycle phonebooks or cardboard.

Pass the word along to your friends and family, our youth raises funds per pound of paper recycled!
