Avilla Calvary was formed in 1962 with the merger of Avilla Methodist, Calvary Evangelical United Brethren and Swan Methodist Churches.  These three churches hoped to have a lasting impact in the Avilla community with their combined energy and focus on mission.  Over 30 years later, the vision of its founding members remains stronger than ever.
    Located in one of the fastest growing cities in Indiana, Calvary is an active part of its community.  With over 75 new homes built in the past 2 years and over 100 new homes slated to follow in the near future, Avilla is a quickly changing community.  Calvary is working hard at being a strong presence in this changing community.
