| We Need YOUR Reunion Group's Information and
Updates! |
|
In order for your Reunion Group to be included on the
GAEC Reunion Group List, you need to send current information to the
Reunion Group Coordinator.
It is your Reunion Group's responsibility to inform the
Reunion Group Coordinator
of any future updates concerning your group, including basic
information changes, adding new groups which form, and deleting
groups which no longer meet. The Reunion Group list is available at
Gatherings for review and correction throughout the year.

If a particular Reunion Group's information is found to be inaccurate, it will be removed from the listing until we receive an update from the Group. This will
ensure the information on the distributed list is accurate, and the groups listed are active. |

There are MANY people moving to the Austin area from other Emmaus Communities, as well as
new Pilgrims, who are contacting us about finding a reunion. Please help us maintain current
information.

Emmaus
Leadership Training Seminars |
 |
| First time clergy team members (Spiritual
Directors and Assistant Spiritual Directors) must attend a training
prior to the Walk. |
 |
| Purpose: Training Lay
Directors, Board Reps and clergy leadership teams for the Walks to
Emmaus. The ELTS (Emmaus Leadership Training) is required for all
incoming Lay Directors. Board Reps and clergy who have not had ELTS
training in the past 3 years. However it is open to anyone interested
in learning more about Emmaus Leadership. This is a great time for the
Lay Directors, Board Reps, and Spiritual Directors to develop
effective Communication and Leadership skills. The outside support
coordinators are invited to attend as well. Training will be conducted
by the Southwest Texas Conference Emmaus Lay Director and Spiritual
Director or Assistant Spiritual Director. |

| What to bring: purple worship book,
cross, name tag. Director Manuals for the LD, SD and Board Rep. If you
don't have your books you will be able to purchase them at the
training. |

| To register for Austin sessions, or for
information about other Emmaus Leadership Training Seminars, contact
your Community Board Representative. Training is free, but prior
registration is requested. |
