Church Locations
The Shalom Office is in the First United Methodist Church building on the south-east corner of Lincoln Avenue and Downer Place in east-central Aurora. The adult programs are also located in this building.
The parking lot is on Lincoln, on the south side of the church. Enter by the double glass doors on Lincoln, next to the parking lot. If you are visiting the office, please ring the doorbell clearly and wait for us to answer, as the office is in the far corner of the church.
The children's programs are held at Fourth Street United Methodist Church. This is located at the corner of Fourth Street and Marion Ave., about ¾ miles southeast of First UMC. The parking lot is on Fourth Street, on the north side of the church. Parking is not allowed on the church side of Fourth Street except on Sundays. Enter by the double glass doors on Fourth Street. If you have food to unload you may drive up to the doors. Please note that if you ring the bell at the church office entrance on Marion Ave., we will not hear it from the part of the church we are in.
