| FOOD FUN AND FELLOWSHIP was hosted on August 31 by the Earnest Seekers Class. For Food they served Subway Sandwiches, Potato Chips, cookies and drinks. For Fellowship and Fun those attending visited and played dominos at tables in our Fellowship Hall. We thank the Earnest Seekers and all who attended. |

| United Methodist Women Sponsored Ice Cream Social and Birthday Party on August 24, 2008 |

Paula Coppock welcomed those attending and directed the making of party hats. The attendee with the fewest birthdays (held by Kathy Caldron) and most (Reta Robbins) were recognized and received Birthday Presents. Kay Anthony and Lynnita Miller lead the Party in singing a Birthday song used at Albright when they were children. |  |

All the folks with Birthdays in July sat at this table, and 11 other month's tables and took turns in telling birthday memories. Then Birthday Games were played includ- ing Pin the nose on Clown, Tail on the Donkey, and drop the pin in the milk Bottle. |  |

Following the party games, all enjoyed the ice cream with nuts and chocolate syrup and the cookies and brownies brought by UMW members .We Thank the UMW for the nice party. |
