First United Methodist Church of Atlantic is asking the question: "What does it mean for us as individuals and as a church to put God as our first priority in all that we do?". We ask this question as we truly believe if we are intentional about living a God-centered life, we will have a stronger sense of purpose and a spiritual foundation of peace.
Consider for a moment what your FIRST words might be... and, what would it look like for you if you became more intentional about being God-centered in every aspect of your life.
F – Faith, Family, Friendships, Forgiveness, Finances...
I – Interests, Inspirations, Illness, Isolation, Integrity
R – Resources, Relationships, Regrets, Reconciliation, Responsibilities
S – Schedules, Social Concerns, Service to community and others, Stewardship, Suffering
T – Troubles, Temptations, Time Commitments, use of Talents, Trusting
We know these FIRST areas are not all inclusive, but our hope is that you will join us along the journey of discipleship as we together explore and engage ways in which we can put God first in all that we do.
If you are new to our church family or simply new to the Atlantic / Cass County area we hope you will allow us to welcome you. On Sunday mornings you will find our doors open, ready to receive you into our shared worship of God.
