| On November 1, 2009, the Asbury UMC had it's charge conference at ST Paul UMC along with other churches within the Roanoke District. Superintendent, Rev. Dr. Stephen Hundley presided over the charge. During this service, The Asbury United Methodist Men choir sung two selections. The choir was directed by Dr. Benjamin Dixon. | ||
****** Board of Trustee's meet the 4th Monday of each month at 7 :00 p.m., in the fellowship hall. ****** Asbury United Methodist Women meet every 3rd Sunday unless otherwise announced. Our meetings for the remainder of the year are August 16th, September 20th, October 18th, November 15th, and December 20th. Also, announce that all are welcome to attend our meetings. And, list officers: Carol Crawford Smith, President; Roxie Palmer, Vice President; Mary Calloway, Secretary; Deborah Travis, Tresurer. ************************************************************
