He has been married 33 years to Cindy. They have two adult children, and one grandson. Harold is a former teacher and commercial salesperson.<br> <br> He holds a BS from Oklahoma State University, BS from Cameron University and a M. Div. from Phillips Graduate Seminary.<br> <br> Harold's philosophy of ministry is the church responding with loving service. The church is defined as the membership. We must work together within our body, our community, and the world to bring the Gospel, good news of Jesus Christ to the lost. We achieve our goal when we are a healthy body who "FIND A NEED AND FILL IT, and FIND A HURT AND HEAL IT." The philosophy requires every part of the body's function at maximum efficiency. The job of the pastor is to equip and encourage the church to efficiently reach the lost with the Gospel.<br> <br> Harold believes every Christian is called to the ministry and should be about that ministry. Each Christian is gifted and has the grace needed for the ministry to which he or she has been called. Some Christians are called to the "official", ordained, ministry within the church.
