United Methodist Men
Alan Mitchell, President

On behalf of our Lord and Savior Jesus who is the Christ. I, Alan Mitchell, President of the Asbury North United Methodist Men say greetings to my church family. I am honored to share with you how proud I am of Asbury’s United Methodist Men. I would like to tell you why you should be proud of them also. Over the past two months the United Methodist Men have come together in fellowship to help make three major events a great success:

Event 1--the men’s Easter Breakfast.

Event 2 – the Fish Fry

Event 3 – Women/Men’s Day

A lot of planning and hard work went into making these three events go smoothly. It is our hope and prayer, as men, that everyone enjoyed the breakfast, fish dinner, and women/men’s day celebrations.

The men of Asbury would like to say thanks so much, Asbury family and friends, for your love and support of our men’s group. I would personally like to thank the United Methodist Men and say “Job well done, my humble and faithful brother servants of Christ, for all the work and for your fellowship in these three events. May God be with you always as you take the light into the world.”

Thank you all for your help and support of our recently completed 2009 WOMEN & MEN'S DAY.  It was wonderful to see the camaraderie between our members and friends as we worked on our 4 fundraisers and thank God for your generosity in helping to raise over $8,500 to help pay on our apportionments.  With your support and God's blessings we can accomplish great things.
