What’s Happening -

Softball!  Asbury’s team plays each Monday at 7 p.m. at Bossen Park (5657  28th Ave S, Mpls.)  Come and cheer them on!  Or even get drafted to play!

 

Asbury Charge Conference will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 15 to accept the slate of team leaders and members for the period of June 1, 2008 – May 31, 2009.

 

All Church Clean-Up  Come help get Asbury spruced up as summer gets started.  Join us at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 17th.

 

Do you have Faith questions?  Send them in to the office.  Pastor Mary wants to consider some of the real questions that people have during her sermons over the summer.

 

Book Club – meets at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 2nd.  The book is Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson and David Oliver Relin. 

 

Wednesday Night Suppers – Everyone is invited to the free community suppers on Wednesday evenings at 5:45 p.m.

Every Wednesday, Asbury serves a free community supper at 5:45 p.m.

Directions -

From Highway 35W, take the 46th Street exit and head East.  The next traffic light after Chicago is Bloomington.  Turn Left on Bloomington and the church is one block up on the Right.  There is a small parking lot in the alley behind the church off 45th Street or park on nearby streets.

                                      for breakfast and Bible Study

8:15 a.m.      Walking Club at Lake Nokomis in good weather

                   and the Mall of America in less lovely weather. 

Office Schedule –

                        Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., closing at noon on Tuesdays
