Angola Bishops
Visit
Rocky Mountain Conference
Two bishops from Angola visit the Rocky Mountain Conference before attending the 2002 spring meeting of the Council of Bishops. They visited several churches, the Iliff School of Theology and the Peaks and Plains Sub-District meeting in Limon Colorado.

Bishop Jose Quipungo
Bishop Jose Quipungo tells of the need to rebuild the former mission station of Quessua in the East Angola Conference of the United Methodist Church. He also would like to have some support appointing two pastors to establish new churches in the southern part of Angola. He is thanking the Rocky Mountain Conference for the funds sent and used for rebuilding an orphanage

Bishop Gaspar Domingos
Bishop Gaspar Domingos of the West Angola Conference shares the hopes and dreams of starting the new theological training program for new pastors. Many new worship centers and schools will be needed as the United Methodist Church fills the void after many years of civil war.
