What’s New at the Andover United Methodist Church…

Choir Practice    Choir will resume weekly practice after its summer hiatus.  We meet on Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 8:00.  If you like to make a joyful noise, come join the choir. Please see Judy or give her a call.

Byram Day was Saturday, September 26, 2009.  Thank you to all that contributed and supported the Byram Day Event. It was a great ministry to the community. A special thanks to Annette Streeter for heading up the event. We appreciate the time and effort you put in and know that God will bless you for it.

Bible Study Sunday, October 4, 2009 started our fall Bible study. We will continue for 6 to 8 weeks.  We meet from 9:30 to 10:15 before worship.  We are studying the book of Ephesians, Paul’s letter to the church as Ephesus. Come join us as we open the scriptures together.

Manna House Friday, November 6 at 10:00 is our next service day preparing free lunches at Manna House in Newton. Please let Frank Henry know if you can help.

Thanksgiving Service We will be having a joint Thanksgiving service with the Andover Presbyterian congregation here at our church on Wednesday evening, November 25, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Come and share a time of thanks with us.
