Come and Join the Fun: Imagine a church family that is excited about gathering together for the worship of God each week. A church family that cares about kids. A church family that is dedicated to welcoming and serving others, without judging them. That’s the kind of church family that we are building right now, in the Andover United Methodist Church. It’s a family you can have fun with. This community of faith has so much going on right now, that you would not want to miss any of it. We have continued to develop a vibrant and happy worship style, emphasizing the talents and enthusiasm of all ages of people. We will continue to build on that success, by continuing to seek ways to serve our community. The Andover United Methodist Church was founded over one hundred and fifty years ago. Previously located at the intersection of Route 206 and Route 517 in Andover Borough, the church moved in 1974 to its present location—about two miles north on Route 517, north of Lake Lenape and about half-way between Route 206 and Sparta. (DIRECTIONS) Today, the church offers vibrant worship services, educational opportunities for all ages, the acclaimed Andover Pre-School , and a wide variety of public service opportunities. We have a new pastor, a freshly repainted sanctuary and newly restored church floors. More important, we are a warm and loving community of friends. We have a lot of new and exciting things planned for our fall season. Why not come and join in worship and in other upcoming events? It will be great to see you.
