Cancellation

In the event the weather is bad on the morning or evening a Supportive Fellowship meeting is planned the decision to cancel a meeting will be made one and one half hours before the beginning time. CLUSTER LEADERS WILL BE INFORMED about the cancellation and will be instructed to phone members of their Cluster.

Supportive Fellowship meetings will not be rescheduled.
