Statement of Faith

We believe in one Holy and

Living God, Present in our lives in

Three persons:

Father - Creator, all powerful, all knowing,

ever present, the source of all truth and

love.

Son – Jesus Christ, God in human form, our

Savior and example.

Holy Spirit – God dwelling in us as comforter,

teacher, and source of strength.

We believe that the Holy Scriptures:

Reveal the word of God to us

Provide us with a rule and guide for faith

and practice.

We believe in salvation from our sins and the gift of

Eternal life through faith and belief in Jesus Christ,

And that we should:

Acknowledge our sins

Confess our sins to God

Ask God for forgiveness of our sins

Invite Christ into our lives as our personal Savior.

We believe that “good works”

Are the public demonstration of our faith

And Christianity

Are not the route to salvation

We believe the Christian Church is:

A congregation of believers

Designed for fellowship, instruction, and

service to the living God.
