REGISTER FOR
2012-2013
We offer a variety of classes for 2½,
3, & 4 years old. Please prepare a
registration form for each child to attend.
For your convenience, the Registration Form can be
downloaded, saved and printed in your choice of Word or
PDF formats. Please click on either image
below, complete the form for each child and bring them
with you.
A non-refundable registration fee of $50.00 (maximum fee
of $65.00 per family) is due at the time of registration
to ensure your place in the class you select is held.
