His Star Shines by Aaron Barnes 1989 Copyright Reserved His star shines bring-ing light to the world, ful-fill-ing the pro-mise of old. A brill-iant light for the ones in the dark; the Son is now giv-en, be-hold!
His star shines down on sheep in the fields, as an-gels de-cend to the earth. The shep-herds hear the most joy-e-ous news re-veal-ing the sav-iors new birth.
The an-gels songs praise God most high, re-lat-ing this bless-ed e-vent. The words ring down bid-ding peace to all. Di-vine love to all is sent.
His star shines bright-ly touch-ing each face of Ma-gi who've sought this new king. The bright star stands shin-ing down on a child; the ba-by whose glo-ry we sing.
He is the light, the light of the world. This young child so won-drous and pure. From hands of God, Je-sus brings us love for-giv-en from what we were.
His star shines call-ing lost ones to Him. He ban-ish-es dark with a cross. He lights the path so we'll walk on the stone, and His love will then shine from us. His star shines for all.
