The Connection
The Connection is a contemporary, praise and worship service dedicated to lifting high the name of Jesus. The Connection is from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on Sunday Morning. Our service begins with songs of praise to God, includes scripture reading and prayer, and then culminates with inspiring words from our pastor. Our purpose is to bring people into God’s presence through worship. We answer the call of Psalm 95: "Oh come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the Lord is the great God, And the great King above all gods. Traditional Service
The 11 o’clock service of worship varies according to the week of the month. The first Sunday of the month we celebrate the Lord’s Supper. On the second Sunday of the month we usually sing songs chosen by the congregation—a very informal service of worship. On the third and forth Sundays we include reading of the Psalms, sung prayers and responses. The choir plays an important role in the 11 o’clock service of worship.
