PARKING GUIDE

Our new lot at George Avenue and Govier St. is now open! From there it is only a short walk to the church on Oliver St. All members and friends are requested to use this lot every Sunday.

Additionally, parking is available on Sunday mornings in the small lot across from the Golden Palace on George Avenue. The church is just a short walk down 1st Alley, where you may enter the white gate at the far side of the church, and walk along the wrought iron fence to the front entrance.

Accessibility Issues

Persons with difficulty walking may be dropped off in front of the church. Parking for such persons driving alone may be available, but space is generally limited.

There are two steps leading up to the Entrance of the church on Oliver Street. Once inside, there is a chair lift that can carry persons to the Sanctuary Level, where the Coffee & Conversation and the Worship services are held. Access to the rest rooms, however, is on the Lower Level, which is five steps down from the Entrance.

It is our hope that as Abbott church continues to adapt to the needs of the community, our building may become fully accessible.
