HOME FELLOWSHIPS
There are eight home fellowships in Trinity P.J. and the total core group
is in excess of 150 persons.
Meetings are held monthly in the following areas and days. The individual
groups decide on their activities depending on their needs and interests.
Each meeting usually consists of worship, prayer, a talk, Bible study or
book study and fellowship. Please call the church office for the exact
location for the month and more details.

METHODIST WOMEN
Christian Manna Session
Organised for those in need of prayers or who want to be involved in
collective prayer.
Meet at the Sanctuary Annexe every Tuesday at 9.30 a.m. or 2.30 p.m.
Handicraft
Emphasis on soft toys. Every Friday at 10.00 a.m. in Conference Room
B. All proceeds go to charity.
LIBRARY
The church library is now open every Sunday morning from 8.00 a.m. to 12.00
noon
BAPTISM & CHURCH MEMBERSHIP COURSE
Starting on 3rd May 1998 for those 16 years and above. Registration forms
available at the Church Hospitality desk.
CANCER SUPPORT GROUP
Every second and fourth Thursday at the Church Hall at 8.00 p.m.
Purpose
The purpose of this support group is to reach out in love to those
who are afflicted with cancer within and without the church, to uphold
and to encourage the care-givers and those who have lost their loved ones
to cancer.
The Main Areas of Outreach will be:
(a) To come together informally once a fortnight.
Suggested activities are:
-
sharing personal experiences and emotions
-
praying for one another
-
basic exercises for health
-
proper nutrition
(b) To set up a library of books, pamphlets, leaflets
about cancer and about caring.
(c) To garner support for this ministry so that other
relevant areas can be covered, e.g.
-
hospital and home visits
-
telephone and personal counselling
-
transport to hospitals
(d) To help identify resource persons and expert help
so as to increase knowledge on cancer and upgrade skills in areas of counselling
and care-giving.
